Important reminders:

Registration: Space is limited. Register now at:  Student and trainee rates are available. 

Registration Payment: If you have not yet paid for your registration, payment can be made online with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). If you are paying by check or money order, make it payable to 'Dentistry-VCU Continuing Education' and bring it with you. We do not accept cash.

Venue: Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden is located at 1800 Lakeside Ave, Henrico, VA 23228, and is easily accessible from Interstates 95 and 64. Directions via your location are available here from Google maps. If you need additional directions, contact the venue directly at: 804.262.9887. All registered participants will have access to the garden. You are welcomed to enjoy what the garden has to offer

Parking: Free and ample parking is available in parking lot B. Follow the signs to the Kelly Education Center. 

HotelOur venue is located in a residential area 15 minutes north of Downtown Richmond. No hotels are contracted specifically for this event. You are welcome to select from any of the hotels of varying quality within a 10-mile radius of the venue. The Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond/Glenside is approximately 5 miles away and offers free self parking, free high-speed internet, and free hot breakfast.

Weather: Seasonal weather is forecasted for Saturday, with a high of 42^F and low of 26^F. Weather in early February in Central Virginia can be unpredictable. Richmond/Henrico weather forecast available here

Meals: Hot beverage service is available throughout the entire event. Lunch, with noted dietary restrictions, will be served at 11.00am. The afternoon break will include snacks and hot beverages. Breakfast will not be served.

Comfort:Every effort is made to have a comfortable temperature in the meeting space. We recognize everyone had a different comfort level, so please be prepared in case the room is too cool or warm for you. 

Posters: All poster presenters must be registered (on-site registration will be available). Poster set up begins at 8:30am. Upon checking-in you will be directed to your assigned location. Poster size is limited to 4' x 6' (48 inches by 72 inches). We provide velcro tacks to affix your poster to the board. If you are planning to provide copies or materials, we anticipate 125-150 participants at this event. Poster presentations and judging will take place during lunch at 11.00a-12.15p. Any posters left at the venue at the conclusion of this event will be discarded.
Presentations: All presentations will be made available at: by 8pm on February 4, 2017.
Evaluation: At the conclusion of the event you will receive an evaluation by email with subject line: 2017 Emswiller Interprofessional Symposium: Evaluation and Claiming CE.
